a spring in your step - guaranteed!

Ahhh, spring is in the air in our neck of the woods...
Maybe it's a little warmer where you are,
or maybe ol' man winter is still on your doorstep,
but I know a SUPER way to put a little Spring in your step!!

Hop on over HERE to my friend Lori's blog
and check out her fabulous fundraiser to bring her
two handsome boys home from China.
(You must see their faces - honeys I tell ya)

*The fundraiser has been extended to Sunday the 20th!*

Please know that when you do give of your time,
financially, and with your interceding prayers
to help an adoptive family, you ARE being
the hands & feet of God the Father in changing
the life of a child, or children as the case may be!!

Now, put down that coffee mug and Spring into action!!!!

have a Love-ly day!

"How great is the love the Father
has lavished on us, that we should be called
children of God!
This is the message you heard
from the beginning:
We should love one another.
This is how we know what love is:
Jesus Christ laid down His life for us.
And we ought to lay down
our lives for our brothers."
I John 3:1, 11, 16

I blinked

I was 23 years old.
An ice storm was brewing outside.
The "lessons" learned in birthing class...
pffffft
out the door, honey!

After 14 hours of labor
our beautiful little
blue eyed baby girl was born

and today
she is 17 years old.

Literally, I blinked...
and time has flown by!
Happy, happy birthday to
our beautiful, Spirit-filled,
funny, artistic, hard working
Ali!!!
